Box needs to be in good shape
These are very nice rollers I've bought many, but sometimes the box is partially crushed. The second box is the same.

Not the worst and not the best
These are nice cigarette tubes, but I have had better. That being said they are quite affordable and they do give a pretty good drag when you hit them. I would go with other kinds, but I definitely used all of these that I bought.
