It fits over the visor and has 18 slots which is more than most. This replaces a visor holder that folds over and holds 24 but it is too thick and tends to block part of the window so this will work so much better. The elastic on my previous one to the foldover eventually stretched too much and had to be discarded.This is an inexpensive replacement. It fits great on the visor and hold a fair amount of CD, but the slot dividers are easily smooshed making it hard to insert the discs back into the holder.
