It’s ultra gentle for your teeth so very protective for enamel, RDA score is 53 so very gentle cleaning. No harsh whitening ingredients but it does gently whiten your teeth over time. I did a little research into its ingredient, stabilized chlorine dioxide, in this toothpaste, it significantly helps with getting rid of harmful bacteria that cause odor and plaque in your mouth but not good bacteria, and it helps increase the absorption of fluoride into your teeth. My only complaint is it would be nice if it was a little less expensive, but I try to use it more mindfully rather than gob it on my toothbrush and half of it falling off into the sink.
