Avohass New Zealand Garlic Extra Virgin Avocado Oil 8.5 fl oz Bottle

I have SIBO so my gut cannot process garlic, but can cook with garlic infused oils. I have tried many different oils and even made my own, but this is definitely a favorite. I can enjoy the garlic taste without the gut problems and I love that it's infused in avocado oil so it can cook at high heat without going rancid. This is a delicious and safe product. I love it so much that it's one of my auto ship products and I highly recommend it.

I am using the Avocado oil more.. especially on our Blackstone and in my cast irons! I love the garlic flavor added in! Adds a nice extra flavor!

I'll put it like this...I bought some Avocado oil from Wal Mart before trying Avohass and let me just say the Wal Mart brand tasted like cardboard compared to this Avohass. Avohass tasted like it came from the earth and was so much fresher, greener, and thicker. I've been doing the Ketogenic Diet for about 2 months now and this Avohass is just what the doctor ordered. i wish I had 5 gallons of it lol

My overall cholesterol number is great but my good cholesterol number is lower than it should be. I figured I would give this a try to bolster that number up a bit. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it is actually quite delicious. I have used this to saute both veg and meat and my overall favorite is to drizzle it over fresh brussel sprouts or cabbage with some salt and pepper and roast it in the oven. It is absolutely fantastic! It's got a bit of a subtle garlic flavor to it so if you're on the fence about garlic it's not going to ruin your breath for the weekend. I don't necessarily taste avocado but I do have that rich buttery feeling when I eat it. So I guess there is just a hint of the essence of the avocado in there. I had never used this oil before and I do love the fact that it's got a high smoke point which makes it better to saute food and then olive oil. It's got a little less than syrup viscosity and is a nice bright green color. My family has no idea what I've been using to cook with because none of them are avocado fans but they can't tell what this is. That is absolutely fine with me. Overall, what a great find and luckily they have lots more to try.
