Besides luring wasps, they trap moths and other flying insects!
I didn't realize how many wasps I had coming into my yard until I tried these traps! They are definitely attracted to the sugar, vinegar, apple juice and water mixture. The traps filled so rapidly with insects that I had to empty and refill daily. I hate dumping "used" insect/liquid down the drain, as some of the critters are still alive when I pour everything down the garbage disposal with hot water running! One drawback is that you can only fill the trap below the manufactured connection point. Otherwise, the sticky, vinegary liquid leaks out at these connection points. Also, I tripled the recipe so that I can store the extra in the fridge, instead of mixing it up daily.

No separation of wasps from bait
Works good but when you need to add bait there’s no way to keep in live wasps that are pissed. The old school ones sold at every hardware store are better.

Works well
Works well if instructions are followed correctly.

Feel incredibly cheap
The design is nice and seemed to work well but the plastic is stiff and thin. One broke simply by trying to open it to clean and reuse. I would suggest buying something a little more sturdy for reuse.

These work, but don't solve the problem
These definitely do work, but they probably do a better job at prevention than a solution once there's an established problem.

Worked well
Worked well. Used the sugar, apple juice, apple cider vinegar recipe since it was early fall.

Didn’t work for us
It was hard to rate this item. It did not catch a single wasp, but maybe we have wasps that don’t want sweet nectar? Ours seem to just be interested in wood and organic scraps for their nest. They don’t fly around soda or beer or food when we have it on the patio, so maybe this just works for a certain type? Not sure, seems to work for some folks, but not for our wasps. It does seem sturdy. The instructions are a bit odd - took me minute to get that you just make one of the suggested recipes and pour that into the base. It doesn’t say that outright.
