So with this product it’ll hurt your stomach if you’re backed up but it flushes everything out as well. Don’t take too often or else your body will get used to it. I would say use once every 3 days probably

It has been the perfect detox tea for me. It works so well that I cannot drink it on a daily basis because I work outside the home. Also, the extra strength version is even stronger (maybe too strong) and works within hours.
