Great for Ferrets too!!!!!
I want to tell Tidy Cat that they are missing out on a whole group of consumers by advertising this as strictly a cat litter. We had three Ferrets, We used the Tidy Cat system and it works so amazing, I made a canvas zippered cover for there 4’ tall by 3 ‘ square cage for when it was cold or if we had company. People would come over and we would cover the cage and after they had been there for an hour we would play a game with them and start a conversation about Ferrets and how beautiful they were, how much fun they were and invariably the conversation would also lead to them stating yes in agreement to all those positives BUT they stink!!! Always stating that with strong emphasis on STINK! We would smile and say so do you smell OUR 3 Ferrets that are less than 6 feet from where your sitting????? LOL The reactions would earn us top prize in America’s Funniest Home Videos. We would deliberately cover them at least an hour before anyone got there so they would be sleeping bu the time all this transpired. I actually had people who had never thought of having Ferrets for pets change their minds. The Tidy Cat System traps the urine in the pad which is where the strong scent comes from, along with a weekly grooming from us. Ferrets clean themselves like a cat and the solids of there fecal matter hold very little smell. I even took two 5 gallon bucket, drilled small holes in one and made a system to clean the pellets so they could be reused. I had enough to do 3 full changes of the pellets every week and only had to repurchase the pads. I hope this opens the hearts and minds of people to know Ferrets can be a part of their lives that will bring joy and lots of laughter without lots of STINK!!!!

Love this littler system!
My cats rarely poop in it, but when they do, it's easy enough to get it out. I don't even use the scoop. I just get some paper towels and pick out the poop. The best part is the urine tray. I have four cats. They all use it. One (or more) of my cats was peeing in the dining room and entry way. I put the pan in a hidden corner of the dining room, and they use it instead of peeing on the floor. And, honest, you cannot smell it when you walk into the room! The urine pad lasts a week, Tindy Cat says, with one cat. Well, with four, you can imagine--not that long. But what I love about it is the odor control. Once, I had left the pad in too long, and there was liquid in the tray. I poured the liner and the liquid into my kitchen trash can because I was planning to take the trash out after, but I got distracted doing other things. That evening, I had the can open while fixing dinner. No smell. I accidentally left the lid up all night. The next morning I went to make coffee, and I still couldn't smell it. I don't know what TinyCat uses to control the odor, but it's incredible. Oh, and my cats tend to face the back of the pan, so all the urine is toward the front. I just slide out the tray and turn it around and put it back in. When the whole pad is soiled, I toss it. I'm going to buy at least one more pan, maybe two. The only thing I would change is to make it a bigger pan (3 of my cats are BIG) and maybe maybe the skirt in front a little higher. The cats do scratch small amounts of the "litter" out onto the floor.

MUST HAVE for any cat owner!
Anyone who has cats can relate to the one obnoxious thing about them... having to clean out their litter box. To keep a fresh smelling box as well as home, it should really be done everyday, especially if you have more than one cat.PROS:Easy to useLong-lastingExtremely EFFECTIVE for odor controlWay more sanitary than the regular litter for both cat and ownerTime saved on cleaning litter everydayCONSA little priceyThe PROS clearly outweigh the cons. You may pay more in the long run than you would for standard litter, but the odor, time saved, and sanitary aspects of it are way more important to me than saving a little money on litter. This is necessary for any cat owner. A MUST HAVE.I also bought the following products to go along with it for maximum efficiency: Pack of 3 - Tidy Cats Breeze Cat Litter Pellets - 3.5 lb Tidy Cats Cat Litter, Breeze, Litter Box Kit System, 1 Kit

BEST for No Urine Odor!
The Breeze system is the BEST if you do not want to have your kitty end up with clumps of litter under his/her claws, which then kitty washes off and ingests, which can lead to serious health issues like clogged kitty plumbing, plus the benefit of never smelling the litter box! I keep our kitty's system hidden in a nice kitty box cabinet, which is great for being able to store all kitty's supplies on top. Just an idea for you kitty parents out there. These pads fit in a tray under the part of the litter box that holds the liquid-resistant litter pellets (which I clean with hand sanitizer - cleaning the pellets extends their usability by several months.) The slits in the main litter box allow the urine to pass through the pellets, and onto the pads. The pads absorb the urine and when used with Arm and Hammer litter deo (I use the one that is for poopie and pee odors for multiple cats, even though we now have only one cat) there is no urine odor. I also use a natural enzyme litter box spray for deo, as I make an effort to be as eco-friendly as possible. You can reverse the tray if you check and notice that your kitty is peeing on just one side of the litter box. Once the pad is saturated, simply remove the tray and dump the soiled pad into the trash. You don't even have to touch the pad. I then use hand sanitizer to clean the tray and put in a fresh pad, which I sprinkle with some of the litter deo. I use a bit of litter deo, either the sprinkles or enzymes, every time I scoop the poopie, which is every time kitty poops. I also occasionally spray the enzymes onto the pads. No one ever smells any kitty urine or other litter box odors when in my home. Some don't even know we have a cat until they see her. (Target has a large bottle of store brand hand sanitizer for around $5 ... and yes it's got a lot of alcohol, but it's for the cat box. I use Honest Co hand sanitizer for human hands.)
