The seller did as expected and promised and the product is as seen. Glad they have the instructions as one of the pics because it didn't come with instructions. Wasn't hard to figure out but there are two flaws with this product. The back strap isn't adjustable and was loose on my neck. It's like this item was made for someone with a very large neck and if so I bet they would have a hard time getting the top strap to velcro together. The second issue is the smell. Very obnoxious at night. I didn't wear it for that long because the back of it wasn't tight and wasn't very comfortable. I had a hard time breathung with it on.One great thing is that my girlfriend had a great time laughing at me with it on and probably has shown and told all of her friends about the picture she took of me and no I'm not going to submit the picture on this review. I think my girlfriend finally forgot about it ;)

This item does the job just fine but only for a few weeks after which it falls apart! First I will mention that the chin strap is a rather rough material and in a few nights caused me irritation. I then placed a soft cloth between the chin strap and my chin. The worst aspect of this item is that during the night the strap on top tends to slide forward on my head thus allowing the tension to lesson and the mouth to open in sleep. The straps that hold the item on the head are too long to get a tight fit. After a few weeks the stretch in the elastic straps gave out and the whole rig became useless.

Positive comment: It does what it is supposed to do which is keep my mouth closed while I'm sleeping. So why two stars? A few reasons:1) It did not come with any directions AT ALL. It was plunked into the envelope as is and mailed. I'm pretty good at figuring stuff out but it did take several minutes to figure out how it went on my head. It wouldn't hurt to stick in a sheet of paper with a drawing on it.2) The feel of the fabric is rough against my chin. After a few minutes wear each night, I can ignore it, but I don't like it.3) The size is very awkward. It is too big around the back of my head so that the velcro closure almost completely overlaps but is so small around the top of my head to my chin that it barely closes. I do not have a small head but it's not abnormally large either.4) MOST IMPORTANT: Out of the envelope it had a really bad chemical smell. I don't notice it when I'm wearing it because my CPAP mask covers my nose . . . but whatever is on it makes my eyes burn when they are open. This is not good.I'm getting something else.

Good product, does what it suppose to do, but probably will not last long with regular use for snoring. I bought this chin strap based on the reviews, how it fit with the two strap locations, and the fact that it was one of the few available that would fit a woman's head. I am a female who recently fractured my jaw and purchased it minimize jaw movement at night. After using it for less then a week it stretched out and the velcro would not meet together to close, but this was remedied by sewing the top strap to make it shorter. After 2 weeks of use the cloth material is folding back in the chin area and the rubber is exposed and it worsens each day. While I suspect the separation of cloth from the rubber will occur on all of these straps, the wearing out was probably accelerated on mine as I had to fold the chin area done for a week for a comfortable wear due to facial injury. As I will not need the strap longer than weeks I am not concerned that I anticipate it will not last long. Overall, I recommend the product, even with the issues raised, as it was reasonably priced and was probably the best I found available, and I reviewed a lot of straps to find one that wold work for me.

To ALL CPAP user this is a MUST have chin strap!!!! It is very easy to wear. Very comfortable to wear. My old chin strap just wrap around head and was uncomfortable Velcro was wearing out. The one thing I like about it once you get it fitted to your head size it stretches just enough where you don't have to take it apart to take it off. Also it goes around my ears and rub against them. Once again THIS IS A MUST HAVE CHIN STRAP FOR ALL CPAP USER!!!!!

Doesn't work for me. I don't know about other people, but I have a small head and the strap is not tight enough for me and I still open my mouth while sleeping with this on me. I don't even know why this little piece of strap costs $16 and it's ridiculous. I am pretty sure it costs less than $1 to make this little thing in China. So I'm not happy with the purchase and feel like I wasted my $16.

I am sure this works fine for many people. For me this is ineffective. I have a bit of an underbite and this device just accentuates that and does not help. The lower jaw needs to be square or slightly forward to prevent snoring.If you don't have any underbite I would try it.
