LOVE IT!
UPDATE: Qardio support did contact us and tell us how to get the scale working, so we are 1oo% happy campers. We’ve been successfully using the Qardio Blood Pressure monitor for a couple years and decided to go with this scale when we needed a new one. Cannot get the scale to connect to the APP, and so far, Qardio Support Staff has not responded to our email. We’ll give them a few days, but if we don’t hear from them, we’re returning it because there is no point paying this much for a scale that doesn’t deliver what it promises.

Very happy with this scale
Been looking for a new scale since our 25+ year old one died. Bought this as I own the Qardio BP unit and am very happy with it. Well, I'm just as happy with this scale. Works great, built well and has all the functionality I'm looking for.I was a bit concerned after reading some reviews on the Wifi setup, but had zero issues. I have. a 5G Google system which is connected to immediately. (The Google unit auto switches between 2.4 and 5GHz). My wife is also using the scale and the multi user setup worked flawlessly as well. 5 minute setup, zero issues. We are both enjoying it thoroughly!

Scale worked for a little over a year, then died. App is pretty bad.
I've had this scale for only 4 days. The first day was kind of a nightmare. I wasn't sure if the app needed to be open or not and the instructions are pretty much non-existent. I could not figure out how to input my profile data (seems the app should have a place to input or review, but does not). Would be so much easier. I gave up and reset the scale. I think I was just tired because I was attempting set up late at night. I reset the whole thing and the next day it took my reading and synced with the phone.Be aware you have to connect to a 2.4 ghz wifi connection as a 5 ghz will not work. My network offers both so connection was quick and easy on second day.The app seems to be lacking in some features that would be helpful. My old scale was a weight guru scale and it produced 6 metrics - that is why I wanted to upgrade. In the old scales app there is a settings button where you can view and edit your basic information. Such as sex, height, activity level, goals and unit type for measurements. The qardio app has a setting button, but there is no way to view any of this information - it all needs to be input during setup and can not be viewed after setting. Also my old scale could send measurements to fitbit, the qardio appl does not. Fitbits are everywhere so I think this feature should be available. As to measurements itself, they seem pretty accurate - slight differences from the old scale, but these are not to be taken as anything more than estimates (except for weight). Scales seem to vary on BF %, etc from the old scale, but this is to be expected.I can't seem to get a metabolic age reading after the first day. All other 14 readings show up. I opened a ticket with support on this, and I'm sure the answer will be to reset the scale. Which I don't really want to do as I'll lose my stats. Why did it give me the reading only on day 1?Another thing that was buggy was that when I added the scale the app erased all my data for the qardio BP device. Not sure why it did this, but I keep a manual record of BP also so I can live with that. All in all I'm pretty satisfied. But due to some bugs and limits with the app, I dropped the rating to a 4.Edit - June 2024Scale has stopped working only 1.5 years after purchase. Would not connect to wifi - reset scale - attempted to add back - it's a no go. App won't let me input my basic data to continue setup. Weight, etc. See attached as to where the app stops in setup. The submit button will not allow submit. And all data lost? I have a ticket open with CS, but I'm not hopefull. They have really bad CS. Dropping it down to 1 starEdit February 2025:Scale stopped syncing with app. Connected via wifi. Scale still provides readings and appears to be sending the data. I fear there may be an issue on companies servers. Support is non existent. I think it just became a paperweight. Note: app is no longer in google play. Perhaps company is out of business.

Love this Scale
I had physical first of the year; I knew I needed to make some major changes. The only way for me to keep an accurate daily documented account of my weight and blood pressure was something the was SMART digitally.I’m 100% over the moon with my scale….im still uncertain about the blood pressure machine/readings.My biggest concern with the scale readings is that it doesn’t have more of educational element/explanation on how to interpret other measurements.

Great but slow and had WiFi connection problems initially.
Great scale, does what it says and has a pretty good app that tells you plenty about your body’s stats. It’s a bit slow to collect that data, one really has to stand on it for longer than you’d think you should have to…Worst part was getting it to link up to my WiFi network. The scale is 2.4 GHz as a few devices still are. If your network doesn’t have a dedicated 2.4 channel on a separate SSID (WiFi name), you will have to go through the irritation of shutting off your 5Ghz network (not easy to find on an Eero unit for instance) until you have set up the scale properly. Then it should… connect later automatically even when the 5 GHz network is back on. This didn’t work the first time and required me calling, texting, emailing the Eero folks and the Qardio folks until wiping it’s memory and the app and reinstalling the app and starting from scratch finally worked. Now it’s working fine, but slow…I should add that the customer service or tech support folks at qardio were very courteous, helpful and understanding and knowledgeable, a breath of fresh air these days for customer service.

A Quality Product
This is a great product. High quality. Accurate. It measures many helpful health-related activities. I have been extremely pleased with the Qardio Arm Blood Pressure unit which I purchased several months ago. Decided to try their QuardioBase X scale. I have only had it one day and I am already very impressed. It is the quality of the Qardio products that stands out to me. And, their reliability. I like the fact that the data is all saved in my iPhone health database. No writing anything down. All electronic and the history is always present.

Stopped charging after 16 months
I bought this 12/22/2022 and it just recently needed to be charged. I have charged this fully 2 times without any issues. This 3rd time that I am charging it; it will not charge AT ALL. The warranty is only for a year. I am not sure why it won’t charge. I have contacted customer support through Qardio website as of today and am hoping they will help. Other than this issue, I really loved the scale. I love the app you can pair it with. I love the sleekness of it and the glass top.
