This D-shaped lumbar support roll provides precise and firm support to the lower back helping to relieve the symptoms of back pain. Since I sit long hours on the computer, at work, I was having problems with my lumbar disc. So my physio suggested this to me and ever since Ive used this I feel better! Bought this for work, but I'm tempted to get several more for home and for the car. My physio had advised me to buy one after I'd seen him for back pain. It pushes into your back in such a way as to make you look a bit silly, pushing your chest out! But that position is actually perfect when working at the computer. Since buying it I can honestly say that my back pain has gone away completely. Good value for money and it arrived very quickly. My physio recommended that I try a rolled-up towel to help with my posture in my office chair to help with a trapped nerve problem in my neck/shoulder. The towel kept getting squashed and fell out of position so I bought one of these. I'm very pleased with the product; it's well made, fits the chair, helps with my position and is comfortable. Highly recommend.
