I bought these ear bud yesterday it is great quality batery life is great ,sound quality is great but with less bass, only down side i fell is it can not increse or decrease volume from the ear bud, except that it is a fantastic decive compact and reliable

I must say I was ecstatic when I saw this product..It fit all the criteria I was looking for. It came with a mobile charging case, the color scheme was perfect, they were touch screen and water resistant and of course the best feature being the price. I am a first time buyer so it's hard for me to invest in a brand establish loyalty without taking a complete shot in the dark..so for the first two or three weeks I couldn't have been happier but yesterday I was enjoying what I thought to be a fiscally responsible decision on my part when all of a sudden the right ear bus just disconnected from the dual paring and turned off. I assumed th battery but then it just came back on and beside a few times I attempted to use it again it almost came back on but shut off almost instantly and since then has just been dead. I take very good care of my electronics they were always put back in the case after every use and kept in my felt case on bureau. I will send you an MMS so you can see there is no damage, and I also noticed that the red light will sometimes dim intermittently even when the copper contacts are flush indicating a strong connection for a charge it will still dim sometimes. I still have the left side that is working strong for now anyway so at least that's a plus I guess. To say I'm not disappointed would be disingenuous. It's also not lost on me that I had the option to purchase the 1 yr. Warranty which now of course with hindsight being what it is, yeah probably a bad call on my part but they barely made it past the 30 day mark with moderate usage so I am pretty disappointed. I know I have no right to demand any replacement and I won't..jist a life lesson and I guess I will have to be more diligent in my research. At any rate thank you for allowing me platform for constructive feedback and I hope it will shift manufacturer focus a bit.
