Loved it for self care night!
We loved using this steamer for our girls self-care night. It takes a few minutes to warm up and start steaming but once it gets going you can enjoy it for longer than I expected. I only wish the cord were longer so that I could place it somewhere I could get maximum coverage, we had to rotate our face to get full coverage.

Nice basic steamer
Nice, basic steamer. I bought for my hair and skincare and it works well for both. Heats up quickly (under 5 min) and I haven’t experienced any hot water dripping from spout or anything. I only use my steamer for 10-15 minutes at a time but it could surely go for longer than that if you fill up to the max line.

Never again
I received this hair steamer today, and as soon as I opened the package, I noticed the original packaging was damaged. As I went through the box to assemble the steamer, I noticed it had a strange smell, visible stains, and clear signs of prior use. I’m very disappointed, as I expected a new and unused product.

Great mist , easy to use, wish it was easier to clean
I love this steamer! I use it by lying on my bed and I put it on a cutting board behind me for stability. The steam is great! And I love the arm extension , allows for better coverage. It’s hard to clean though. No way to get into the chamber to do good cleaning. I use only pure water but still worried about mold, etc..so, after use , I empty out as much water left as I can , then I take hydrogen peroxide and pour a capful in the chamber , swish it around good, then I place a fan over the hole that the arm screws onto.. and let this flow on it for a couple hours and then the chamber is dry … so this is how I clean it. Great device! Just wish I could get to the chamber to hand clean it .

Great device
The media could not be loaded. Works great 👍 produces steam in under 5 min. The added ability to put an oil pad into the neck is really nice for aromatherapy. Compact and easy to clean.
