I was very happy with the multiple strength levels, ease of use, and my results! I had this product almost two years, and maybe used 5-6 times total! I still have the original box and kept it in there when not using it...I went to charge it and the usb/micro insert “thingy,” fell out inside of it! I could hear it rattling around. I tried to put it back on by taking it apart(hard) but I can’t sauder it back on to the board. Super bummed!

This has become a vital part of my skin care routine. Pulls out black heads and smoothness skin. It's definitely helping my skin products to penetrate my skin. I suggest watching YouTube tutorials to see how to use it.

Stopped working after 3 charges. I'm still under warranty and looking forward to finding the shipment address for the company. Still no response.

I have a much more expensive microderm machine and this performs almost as well! Easy to recharge, easy to hold and move around - this is a great machine both for the pore extraction and microdermabrasion functions! Highly recommend!

Came late and won't even charge, after further searching the box I found a little piece that appears to have fallen out of the charging hole. So sad, definitely will be returning this item.

I tried other one on Amazon and this one got my attention. Got mostly crap out in first treatment those who say it didn't work well how about try multiple times before saying it doesn't work. GREAT PRUDUCT AND GREAT PROCE DEAL.
