Allow me to feedback this with Posture corrector and muscle toner together~After annual check, doctor said my lower back pain is due to bad posture…. But it magically releases my back lower pain after a week.Now I have a 2nd problem! Yet…. But I found out that the muscle toner can be used as massage machine!!!! Same theory as vibration hahahaha..... that's i can use that for exercise AND massage!!

This helped me. My C7 in neck has pinched a nerve, causing numbness in shoulder and pain in wrist. Especially when i slouched my shoulder forward. I read that posture causes a lot of neck problems, so I tried this, even though I have always had good posture. I started exaggerating good posture, forcing my shoulders back to almost squeezing shoulder blades together. It really helped the numbness to go away and my wrist areas don't hurt near like they did ( I build tires 12 hours a day). I got the brace for home and it is helpful to have it on. I sleep in it too to keep from folding my shoulders inward. It looks like a backpack from the front, but I think I look strong in it. Lol It also helps with looking good and how women are supposed to hold themselves upright.

It is difficult to to put on, but I eventually got the hang of it. If the straps were longer they would not pull completely out of the buckle so easily and would lessen the struggle to get it on and properly fitted. Having said that, I mus say that once it is on and secured, it ABSOLUTELY helps to correct posture. I am able to wear it for an hour or more at this point, and eventually forget that it's on. If you are a sloucher like I am, this could actually help retrain your muscles.

This did not fit my body very well. I'm not morbidly obese but not skinny either. It grabs you in places that are just uncomfortable. Might work for Slimmer people.

This is definitely not one-size-fits-all or we just didn’t know how to use it we purchased two. My brother Waze about 240 and he looked funny trying to get it off on we could not stop laughing anyway as we returned it so we can’t really make any more judgments more than that

Needs to come in different sizes, could be bigger .. pretty hard to put on and get tight..

Way too small. My husband is muscular but it wouldn't even fit me.

This hurts under your arms and you better have long sleeves on otherwise it rubs as well. This had so many good review I was really looking forward to it helping me at my office desk. It cannot be worn on bare skin or under clothes at all.
