Looks well made and should spin easily.
We'll see at a later time if this 9mm thick metal will hold up to a 9mm bullet at 1K pfs.

Good for 22 but didn’t hold up to 9 mm!
The cross member that the targets hang from broke/cracked the second time I used it using a 9 mm pistol at 11 yards (10meters).
