I call these type pendants, "Shakers". The front is a brass moon face which I've added a patina to maintain and enrich the metal. The back is magnified giving you close inspection of free moving star sand from Okinawa, Japan, mixed with black sand. If you hold the pendant upright, from the back you can see the eyes of the moon overlooking the stars. Sand moves freely inside the pendant. Just a truly unique piece of jewelry.
