This thing is great!!
This thing is great!!! It is small, clear (so very unnoticeable) Not nearly as bulky and disturbing like some of the other products that are out there these days! It is so easy to use and the instructions are super clear! My husband says he sleeps sooo much better now and that it helps him breath much better! It is well worth the investment!

I snore less and she'a happy with it
1.) My wife says that it work fairly well. I snore less and she'a happy with it. 2.) It's NOT as simple as putting it in your nostrils. I never know how to seat it properly despite what the guy selling it says. It NEEDS good instructions. 3.) If you fall asleep on your back & stay there all night it's great. If not, you can expect to have to look for it in the bed clothes in the morning. 4.) It has NOT improved the quality of my sleep. It doesn't seem to fit my nose that well. It feels a bit too snug, I know it's there & I sometimes rub it in my sleep. This wakes me up, makes it fall out, makes me feel around for it in the dark and then reinsert it. It's a bit of a nuisance to use, but my wife's happy, so I'm happy.
