Poor backup, 2years of user experience.
Very poor backup. Initially gave 5–6 minutes, but dropped to 1–2 minutes within months and stopped working completely in under 2 years, even with just one computer connected. Expected at least 3–5 years lifespan and 15–20 minutes backup, but this Zebronics UPS failed badly. Not recommended, waste of money.

Very short life
Been 1.5 years now. Product is quite erratic. It has now stopped working i.e. there is no uninterrupted power supply. I won't recommend this

Worst battery life
I used to connect only my office laptop but it gave only 5-6 minutes of backup. That got reduced slowly to 5 seconds within a year. Not recommended at all
