Q: is this meant to "hang" the bike from a traditional bike rack? my Lectric is 64lbs.

I would say NO. It's meant to be a bar that the hook on your bike rack descends over and pulls down on to secure the bike in place. My experience in that mode has been good.

Q: Will it work on a Cyrusher Kommoda?

The handle bars how big is the width of the bar that goes in the bike. If it is over 2 1/4 inches will not work. It will attach under the seat post most seat posts are the same width. What is the distance from the seat post to the handle bar post. If it is over 29 and 1/2 inches this will not work. Lastly what is the weight of the bike if the bike is over 70 pounds this will not work.

Q: Will it work with Yakima bike rack?

Appears to be a good product

This item has been returned as I returned my electric bicycle. I did however try the adapter bar on my e bike and it fit and worked flawlessly. Really heavy duty and secure. Appears to be good value for money. Based on my very short inspection and installation of this adapter I believe anyone purchasing this item would be quite satisfied.
