Not worth the price
The massager balls are hard. Doesn’t support no body weight. I have a messenger I bought for $40 that does a better job than this one.

After a long bicycle ride, I love this item, as its very supportive for athlete recovery, i push it into my back, and along the length of my legs, its very effective for recovery.

Not a good buy
I bought this for my husband for Christmas because is neck is always tight and hurting. When he used this it did not relieve him of his pain, it added to it. The actual massaging part is too hard and it makes you tense up your already tense neck muscles. Do not waste your mmomey.
