When I do, it’s because the product is either really bad or really good. In this case, it’s really good! This little gadget converted all my remote controlled dumb devices into smart devices. I can now turn on and off my tvs, surround sound audio unit and my air conditioner via Alexa Voice command. The app controls are also a great backup as a universal remote control. I also programmed a RF plugin switch remote to this app so i can reboot my cameras if the signals get lost. I’m very impressed with this app and hardware! Review: Not good any more - I have one of these and it's worked great so I ordered another one. This time I can't get it to set up and connect to the SAME NETWORK! The set up just keeps failing over and over (VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!). I tried on 2 Samsung phones (I don't want to hear about how some devices have trouble connecting via Samsung phones, they are the most popular android brand, figure it out!) I also tried a budget Motorola phone with the exact same results. I no longer recommend this device or brand and I'm actively looking for a replacement for both. This is so maddening!
