4L30E A & B Solenoid Set 1990 and Up fits GM Isuzu BMW Acura Honda

Look at the crimped ear in the housing of each one and it will let you know which one goes in what slot in valve body of transmission. Mechanics sometimes snip them off to make them for in the wrong holes and you get to tear into the job again or they lie and say you need a new transmission because the new solenoids didn't work.After installing these in my 4l30e and draining but not flushing the transmission, the car runs like new. Nice firm shifts and no more hanging going into 4th.

These solenoids worked perfectly with my 4L30e transmission in a 1997 Honda Passport. I had the dreaded shift hang up/slipping and went with these for the first shot at fixing it. Purchased a new main pan gasket and filter from the local O'reillys and dug into the transmission. These solenoids fixed my shifting issue and the transmission operates perfectly now!

I bought these back in September of 2020 and after I replaced them both it's still throwing the code for A solenoid I'm not sure if I just got a bad part or what but something is definitely wrong with A solenoid
