These are amazing... but easy into them they are very powerful. Never before had I experienced pain and tummy aches from a probiotic. Once I had the first bad experience take one, I was recommended by my herbalists to open capsule add to yoguart or smoothies making one capsule last over 3 days just adding some of one capsule. I did that and eve. Skipped days between working my way up to 1 capsule a day. I haven't had any more issues and can stomach it fine now. I know these work wonders on my bloating too!

Literally a miracle pill for me! My tummy is so happy! I suffer from chronic yeast and gut biome issues. Would probably be diagnosed with IBS by a conventional doc, but have chosen to treat/control it with vegan diet and natural supplements. Since started prescript-assist, my digestion has improved, bloating/discomfort is down, and I haven’t needed ANY digestive enzymes! Highly recommend.(Be forewarned, the pill smells awful, like a butt. Not even joking, just wait lol 😆)

I have never used the old formula everyone has been so infuriated about.Quick bio of me. I exercise 6x a week. Eat a very clean and healthy diet.I am a first time user of this product and after 5 days the headache and stomach ache I was experiencing were gone. I also have a surisigly ultra amount of energy. During this time I also eliminated all sugars, starchy veggies, fruits, and coffee.

I love this. I don't know what happened after I had my son, but I was constantly feeling bloated from around afternoon on. It didn't matter what I ate, changed my diet even, did nothing. I take one in the morning after breakfast, and one after dinner and it's completely stopped the bloating and discomfort in my stomach. It was much pricier than what I would normally spend, BUT completely worth the money. I would happily recommend this to ANYONE!!

I am a very "thinking outside the box" type person so I tried this stuff for a month. Guys, please don't take this stuff, it has serious problems with their strains. It inflamed my autoimmune issues like I haven't seen in years. In made me sensitive to all foods and I couldn't eat anything. I'm still there. I have no idea how I will bring my inflammation down the way it is right now and I have no idea how to get rid of the strains I have no probably colonized in my gut. Apparent these strains are impossible to get rid of once they colonize. I'm so upset at this ... ive worked so hard to bring my body to an ok level and now I have to start from scratch eating parsley and spinach all day because I can't eat anything else.

Recommended by my gastroenterologist for quality. Stinks and tastes bad.

I'll give this product 5 stars because it's a good probiotic. However, the reason this one is cheaper is because IT'S HALF THE DOSE. thus the "LIGHT" in the title. I did not realize it, and was surprised to find smaller capsules, so I read the label and then I started taking two.Not a bargain is you want a full dose. I reordered the regular one.
