Not Round! Rectangle
Not Round!Depending on the layout of the device you are trying to work with. Even with this installed, the IR could still reach the eye.Flashlight will help you find the EXACT placement needed.

Fit was OK
I really liked the way this fit over the emitters but the adhesive around the edge was a little lacking while I cleaned the surface I didn't use alcohol, Maybe that would have helped.

works fine and was easy to cut into shape
Does what it's supposed to do: block the signal from other IR transmitters while holding an emitter directly on the receiver. One note, the ones I got were actually rectangular - unlike the product image - but that wasn't a big deal for me.

These don't work well at all, they are hard and if your IR emitter is slightly large or different shaped it just doesn't work.
