I HAD 3 portable small and large, battery operated tanks to perform the same as this does, but they are all dead after 2 or 3 uses each. They were also more than twice the price of this item. After thinking about this, I never really needed a tank as the weed killer I use already comes in the bottle. With the battery operated wand, I do not need to transfer, and most likely spill, just open the bottle and stick the hose in it.My eyes are not what they used to be.....the directions are tiny and not that great. Watch the video in this listing instead as it will show you everything you need to do correctly to assemble this and have it ready to go. You have to assemble the wand, but make sure you are assembling it correctly. At first, I did this backwards as everything fit, but did not work. THEN I watched the video. I had the hose on the wrong end.....duh. My bad.I tested this after assembling correctly and fully charging. I used a glass of water on the counter so I could see the spray pattern and such before wasting the $50 gallon weed killer. This is the best time to make sure that you have everything connected correctly and there are no leaks. I had a minor leak that I needed to tighten and I'm glad I did it with water and also so I did not spray myself with weed killer. That glass was done in 10 seconds! The tubing is long and it takes a lot until it starts spraying, which is why I suggest you do this with water first so you know the correct nozzle and spray pattern you want to use. I may cut the tubing to shorten it, not sure yet.For $22, THIS is a great option. I am so impressed with it that I am buying another after I am done typing here, really. I have every intention of rinsing this after use by running water through it, but I may forget at some point especially if I have to recharge to do this.This beats pressure sprayers any day! I have LOTS of garden beds, driveway cracks, sidewalk cracks..... that need to be tended to per my HOA violation notices..... When I am ready to spray and the weather calls for no rain, I need a few hours to do this so that is why I want another one in case the battery runs out. I can't stay outside pumping forever getting a heat stroke. For me, I just need a back up plan in case I don't time everything correctly. For the price, I can do this with this rechargeable spraying wand without stroking out in the sun.IF this wand should fail quickly, as my others did, I WILL update this review. BUT I will not be as upset because the purchase price is certainly affordable and an excellent value. I am honestly very impressed with this spraying wand. Also, you don't have to worry about the tank leaking, there is no tank. Save yourself from pumping and transferring stuff that your skin should never be touching. I am so grateful to have found this item that takes up no space in the garage. Hoping to avoid the fine now from the HOA as my 'final date' is 6/30. LOL.

I had to decide b/t purchasing a new hand pump sprayer or this item. I got this and glad I did. I used it to spray insecticide because I had a wall full of ants and termites. I used it mostly outside treating the soil that went back into the trench and I also used it to spray in several 3/8" to 1/2" holes drilled into the outside brick. I only have used the brass tip but that gave me the choice of a straight stream or a wider mist pattern. It has enough force to reach my eves too. I not afraid to complain about the junk from Ch-na but this item they seemed to have gotten right.

This worked perfect toy for my needs to water my seedlings as they grew to the size required to be able to be transplanted outside. It’s nice to have a telescoping wand to get in between all the different plants to be able to water the soil and not have to spray water all over the leaves. My only gripes with this is that the pressure is not adjustable and it’s the water source is higher than the sprayer, it will pour out the nozzle. As for the pressure, it’s only on and off. No volume/pressure adjustment. You can adjust the actual nozzle to adjust the type of spray that comes out which can limit the pressure somewhat and it comes with other nozzles for different spray types (jet stream as opposed to wide spray/mist), but if you wanted a low pressure jet stream, there is no real way to do that. It’s all or nothing. That being said, even though it’s one power, it still worked just fine. I used the wide spray nozzle and adjusted it to be as fine spray as I could which allowed for a gentler even spray on the soil which is also safer in case you accidentally spray the sprout, it won’t damage it. I’ve seen other reviews saying their unit leaked but to date mine hasn’t leaked at all. I use it pretty much everyday and have now for about a month if I recall correctly. I like having jugs of premixed nutrients and jugs of just water and I can switch between them as needed. This was much better than trying to navigate watering 50+ plants of different heights that are tightly placed together with water bottles. I could just bend down, go underneath the leaves and have direct access to the top of the soil for each pot.I definitely recommend getting this product.

Update: After repeated attempts to recharge this device according to the instructions, it will not spray water for more than a few minutes and then the blue light turns red, and the spray stops. .....totally unacceptable.Save your money folks.==================================I raise a lot of houseplants that need watering on a regular basis and also have a mealworm colony. I mist multiple bins on a daily basis, along with all the plants.The good news is that this sprayer was very simple to put together, even if the directions were mostly in Chinese script. It was also very easy to charge via USB.The plastic spray head does a great job gently watering pots and filling my water reservoirs for propagation tanks.The disappointing issue is that the metal spray head seems to only want to shoot a stream of water. Tightening the head did not change the stream much, if at all, and certainly did not get to what I could call a "mist."I can use the plastic head to water potted plants of course, but I also have plants that I like to mist to increase humidity in my cabinets.The real problem is that I won't be able to use this at all for my meal worm colony. Mist is absolutely essential for their growth, but shooting a stream of water at them or even just "showering" them will only drown them.

HAVE HAD MINE FOR ABOUT A YR. NOW...BUT WONT HOLD A CHARGE ANYMORE... WORKED WELL FOR THAT YR... NOTHING LASTS FOREVER...ORDERED ANOTHER =)
