The first dehumidifier I received worked perfectly for about 3 weeks or so. I was very pleased with the amount of water it pulled for the price. However, after about 3 weeks, it stopped working; it would just run and run but no water collected in the tray and it didn't dehumidify at all. It was also past the Amazon return window by that point so I was very frustrated, but I had also received a seller message in my Amazon account from the company when I first purchased the product so I messaged them explaining the problem with my dehumidifier. After trying some troubleshooting suggestions, they eventually agreed to send me a replacement model. When it arrived, it didn't work at all, so I messaged them again and they immediately sent me another model. That third dehumidifier is working perfectly.Despite the issues with the first dehumidifiers they sent me, I am rating them 5 stars because of the excellent customer service. It was way above what I expected, and even though I'm not so sure about the quality of the products, they showed they're willing to make it right.

I’ve been using this NineSky dehumidifier for a few weeks and I really like it. It’s small but does a great job in my bathroom and bedroom. It pulls out a surprising amount of moisture and the air feels fresher.The water tank is a good size—I only have to empty it every couple of days. I also like that it shuts off automatically when it’s full. Super convenient!The LED light is a nice extra. I don’t use it all the time, but it looks cool at night and adds a cozy touch.It’s also really quiet, which is important since I use it in the bedroom. I can sleep with it on and it doesn’t bother me at all.Overall, I think it’s a great buy for small spaces. If your room is super damp or really big, you might need something more powerful. But for regular home use, this works great!

We put this in our bathroom. We have a bathroom fan that we leave on almost all the time, and it still didn't help with moisture in the air. We started having mold start growing around the ceiling in the shower. We bought this, and cleaned the mold off...and we haven't had ANY mold since then (been a couple months I think now). We also only have the fan on now while the shower is on. We have a household of 4 adults, and just the one bathroom. The water resovoir fills up about once a week and needs dumped. Pretty quiet too. It does heat up our bathroom, but doesn't feel hot to the touch at all. Love this and would definitely buy again.

I had a huge problem with mold and mildew in my small bedroom in Washington state near the waterfront. Summer and winter mold kept sneaking back and there was condensation all the time on the walls and windows. The large a/c dehumidifier combo I was using was noisy and leaked and needed more cleaning than the walls did; with this one there is no more mildew and dampness in the room and mold has not come back and room just feels healthier! My catbox is in this room as well and it seems to have cut down odor on that a lot too. Love the disco colors! Perfect for my 10'x14' room with old school windows and lots of moisture. Keeps it comfy for the first time in five years of using ceiling fans and big noisy unit and absorbants and you name it. This is just fine and very affordable and holds a lot of liquid.

I was surprised how small this dehumidifier was when I got it! It doesn't function like the classic dehumidifier that has a refrigerant And compressor. It uses a solid state electronic method for dehumidifing. This means the unit is quieter but doesn't pull as much moisture out of the air as the traditional ones.For the right use case this unit works well. To keep moisture down in the bathroom after a shower -- it works well. If you're looking to keep a flooded basement dry, look elsewhere

I purchased 2 dehumidifies listed for covering 2,500 sf on 11/7/20, one of which quit working near the end of 2023. In 01/9.24 I purchased a NineSky 1,000 sf coverage model to replace the broken humidifier. The NineSky model has approximately the same size condensate capture tank but fills the tank in less than 2/3 the time of my other 2. Since it runs quieter than the other 2 and works more efficiently, it is a solid purchase and I highly recommend the NineSky dehumidifier. If I should ever need another dehumidifier I would check to see if NineSky has one that would be adequately sized.
