This soap box is the perfect size for pretty much any typical bar of soap. Living in a dorm, it's important to me to be able to easily transport a bar of soap without dripping soapy water all over everything in my shower caddy, and this fits the bill perfectly. It keeps it safe, protects my other items, and even works well in a gym bag if you want to shower after your workout. I have had no issues with it popping open of its own accord or the plastic cracking. I have dropped it on the shower floor a good few times, and it has held up great. Relatively high quality, but still for a decent price, which is greatly appreciated when you're on a budget. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no drainage in this. It's solid, and while it does leak water if tipped, in general, nothing will come out. That just means you need to be careful about getting too much water in it, which is simple enough to but something to think about when considering buying this. Not something I looked for, actually the opposite, so I happily give it five stars, but good to know.
