Wool colors would not bleed as you felt it on to other colors of wool, however if it is "stabbed" with the needle too much into another piece, or if the piece it is being added to is darker, the other color may show through. This can be fixed by simply placing more of the one color you want on top of the part that is showing through until it is completely covered up.
