Good light for the price.
I have had this above my shop door for a few weeks now and I like this light. It seems to work well, although sometimes it takes a few seconds for the light to go bright with me standing right under it. I've had to wave my hand at it once or twice to get it to wake up. It does stay lit all night (even these longer fall nights). It seems well made and it mounted easily to the corrugated sheet metal siding with 2 bolts and spacers. Happy with it so far.UPDATE 4/20/19: I have had this light installed now for a few years and have noted that it no longer auto dims. It is on bright/high all the time. I believe the sensor has malfunctioned. Also of note is that the solar panel on top has peeled up and deformed. The light still functions properly on high/bright but after a winter day that is mostly cloudy, the battery will die and the light will shut off before dawn. It's not a huge deal for me, but I suspect that it will soon only last for a few hours and be off most of the night. I know I could pay a lot more and get a better quality light, but it has been worth a few bucks to have it last this long. It may still function for years, who knows. Still happy with this light.

This is a really good and very bright solor light.
Answers to posted question: This light is actually SUPER BRIGHT! Yay! I have mine installed at the top of a 6' fence. It can detect movement inside my house 40 feet away. The light also turns on and off all night long. I like this because 1. It doesn't cost anything extra and 2. I think it encourages would be prowler to avoid my yard. One other item worth mentioning. Mine is located in an area where there is shade during the day and only in full sunlight in the evening. That has had no effect on how well it works.When I first got this super Bright 48 LED Solar Light I could not get it to work. I almost returned it after I had left it charging for 48 hours. I took it apart and it looked good but would not work!USER ERROR: THERE IS A SMALL BUTTON WHICH I KEPT PRESSING TRYING TO GET THE LIGHT TO TURN ON. IT JUST WOULD NOT TURN ON. "UNTIL!!! I PRESSED AND HELD THE BUTTON FOR ABOUT 15 SECONDS. THEN IT WOULD FLASH AND IN A DARK ROOM IT TURNS ON AUTOMATICLY AND IT DIMS WHEN THERE IS NO MOTION.I HAVE HAD SEVERAL SOLAR LIGHTS AND THIS IS A REALLY REALLY GOOD ONE. JUST REMEMBER TO PRESS AND hold THE LITTLE BUTTON for at least 15 seconds or until it turns on. So glad I did not return it. It works great!

Turns on and off when ever it Rains - Don't Buy
I have a number of other outdoor solar lights on the back of my deck; however, without a doubt this is the worst. I have mine set to be on dim light when it gets dark and go to bright whenever someone or something comes into its path. The problem is it goes from dim to bright continuously whenever it rains. I contacted the vendor about this and was told that it has a sensitive radar on it but should not turn on and off by rain drops. Well it does and matter of fact it is doing just that as I write this review. I was also told that I should place it higher. It is placed 11 feet off the ground and I cannot place it any higher. Besides, placing it higher will not stop the rain from affecting it. Unless of course I place it above the clouds LOL, Anyway, if you are in the market for one of these devises, there are plenty of good ones on the market. I would suggest you steer clear of this one. size matters
wow, it's hard to quantify, but this unit is BRIGHT. I've had many Solar LEDs and this one is the best. It has the most LEDs and they are all the square type (don't waste your money on the old dome shaped LEDs)

Does Not Work!
This item never worked-tried everything I could think of to make the darn thing work. Have several solar lights but never have I had a problem with any of them until this one. Total garbage.

Expensive but works well and excellent construction quality
Not much to say. EXCELLENT construction. Light modes work very well. Motion detection works very well. Bright light setting is BRIGHT! Very happy with this solar purchase even though it is a little expensive. Not my favorite mounting - two separate screw holders in the rear of unit you have to guess or measure exactly right to hang but I tried my best and was lucky.
