Tart Is Smart Black Cherry Juice Concentrate, 16-Ounce.

I get occasional flare ups of a type of gout in my left foot. For those who don't know.. gout is the build up of uric acid in the blood. Crystals...see YouTube for gouty tophy. I add a couple table spoons of this to water or diet tonic water. The latter because I also have restless leg syndrome and the quinine in tonic water really helps with that. I will use this once a day for about two....sometimes three days. Then the gout goes away for four to six weeks. So a bottle lasts a long time. Store in the refrigerator. Great taste. Add some to coke for really good cherry coke. There are other varieties of black cherry juice out there. I buy on price. For gout it has to been tart black cherries. You can also find the cherries dried. But they taste so good it is easy to eat them all up in a short time. If you are taking meds for uric acid..read up on the side effects. This juice is cheap, effective medicine.

Great flavor. Thicker than my normal version. Nice widemouth bottle. Great deal over grocery store juice.If you're looking to get started on cherry juice make sure you take it for 3 months before noticing a difference. And stop sugar.

I like this product although it is a bit tart and not very sweet. I will finish it and might buy again.

SEE BELOW FOR UPDATE!!! I ordered 2 bottles of this product, as my prior product (32 oz bottle) was out of stock until September. The shipment arrived on time, but it only contained 1 bottle, yet the packing slip indicated 2 were shipped. The way the package was prepared, with only 1 piece of tape in the middle of each end, which was merely tucked and folded; COULD HAVE allowed one bottle to slip out, if it managed to fold down the tucked in end in shipment. I submitted a report regarding the shipment to Amazon.com, but so far have not received word if Amazon Fulfillment Services, was going to replace my shortage, or not. I have not yet tried to contact TPG Enterprises, Inc. as I don't know if they are the manufacturer or the original shipper.UPDATE 8-12-2013 ... I subsequently contacted TPG Enterprises by email. They contacted me to obtain my mailing address, and promptly shipped me a replacement bottle at no charge - in a VERY SECURE BOX, I might add. I received it today. THANK YOU, TPG Enterprises, Inc. The Black Cherry Concentrate is thicker than some other "concentrates" I've purchased in the past. You only need to use a very small amount for a 5 or 6 oz glass of juice. I have changed my rating to 5 STAR. It's a great product and a great company that stands behind it's shipments. Thank you again.

The product itself, the cherry juice, is very good. Not too sweet and perfect when mixed with plain seltzer. It is a thick concentrate and a little goes a long way. I would have given this product four stars if the bottle design were better, but since it is a bottle where you have to pour from it, the juice gets on the rim and down the sides, no matter how careful you are. Manufacturer should have been smarter about the design. However, I will order this juice again for its quality and benefits.

Love this product. The price is great and also great natural pain reliever for arthritis in my knees. Also relieved Gout.

This rating applies to my previous order as I have not received my current order yet. I hope what I will be getting will be just as good as what I received with my previous order. I liked the taste, consistency as well as the thickness which was the reason why I placed this order. I would suggest the next time when you send a rating request, don't jump the gun and hold your horses until the customer has received the product. Aside from that no problem and I will order again as I like it.

I love this product. It is really relaxing and great to take before bedtime.
