Review: My favorite pens! - I really like these pens! They are super comfortable to hold and write with, and the ink flows smoothly without skipping. The design is simple but looks really nice and stylish. They feel good quality and are perfect for school, work, or everyday writing. I also love how easy they are to use. Overall, these pens are great, practical, and definitely worth buying. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice, reliable pen for everyday use. They also make writing feel much more enjoyable and effortless.
Review: Bic pens are as dependable as Sunrise! - I've been using Bic pens since I was in elementary school. I'm now 63 & I'm still using them. I went overseas & attended a VERY exclusive private school & I still used them. I was told I had nice writing by my teachers, my reply was always the same, my obsession w/ Bic pens was part of the reason for my "nice writing". The shape of the barrel, that smooth flow of the ink, & even the ability to "erase" my mistakes (I had good binder paper!), all contributed to my neat writing assignments. I wasn't artistic like most of my female friends. They'd decorate & enlighten their essays, but I didn't have THAT talent. But boy! I could embellish my papers bc I always had all the colors of Bic pens! As for smudging, I never had that particular problem. If there were problems it was the ink itself & not the design of the pen. First the pen would explode bc of the ambient heat, or they'd dry out (maybe thickened is a better word) & the ink didn't for at ALL, but a bit of controlled heat from a lighter (some of my friends in Jr. High already smoked!) would fix that issue. All in all, Bic pens were economical, they had good quality ink, very rarely, 1 in 100 I'd say, would develop some skipping or they'd leave globs of ink (overflow of ink) as you wrote, but it WAS so rare I can still remember them doing THAT. However, they were so economical that my Grandma would buy them by the box bc all 3 of her oldest grandkids would be given those pens to use. In fact, my school would include their contracted school supplies in our school packet, & those would inevitably fail us in the 1st week or month of our school year. I'd give those to my cousins (they had the school shield & of course the name of the school) but must of us would be carrying our own supplies, & give away the school's. I was always the one using Bic pens every year, all yr. And one of my friends, HIS father was the Chinese rep for a writing instrument manufacturer, so he usually had the latest models/styles of pens & pencils. He'd show the small circle of aficionados who would appreciate whatever was brand new in the newest offered writing instruments. Bic wasn't in his father's supply chain, he'd have been mobbed if he had access! Anyway, there are more Pros than Cons to using Bic pens. I AM not just computer literate, I was a trained & certified Computer Operator in the mid-80s, & kept up my knowledge bc I REALLY like computers in all their aspects. Now I can revive legacy machines, from desktops to Chromebooks, though i can't really do business w/ my knowledge. The point is that I CHOOSE to write w/ pen & paper some aspects of my life bc a notebook & pen don't crash, & my words don't just disappear if I've forgotten to Save my work when i close my spiral notebook, & finally, I use what's been effective & dependable all these yrs. And yes, I have ordered, & will continue to buy Bic pens in every color they make (blue black, red, & green), especially through desertcart bc they've NOT let me down, & w/ the rose in gas prices, it's actually cheaper to have them delivered w/ my groceries.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Do they make good Turkey callers?**
A: Probably. They make lots of stuff.

**Q: Is the color dark bright blue or light blue?**
A: Dark blue

**Q: Why does this have CA proposition 65 warning on it? Is it the plastic or the ink?**
A: No joke intended: have you looked at those CA regulations? They have named everything from pens to nail clippers as somehow containing deadly ingredients. I have to assume they do not consider intended use but imagine every product they test as being cut up and consumed by a child or something.

These are good ole Bic non-retractable pens that millions of us used in high school and college.

Be well.

**Q: I own a cross century II, do these write in an equivalent manor to my pen at all? If not, this could be a bad use of my millions of dollars.**
A: Absolutely! As the owner of a cross century ll myself I can tell you without a doubt that these do write in an equivalent manner to your pens. I spent millions on these pens and it was money well spent!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These are the OG classic blue ink pens that last forever and write beautifully! A must have!
*by T***H on August 7, 2026*

Excellent price and pens! I am a writer and I am extremely picky about my pens and these are top notch. The only thing I would change about these pens would be making a fine point version. I am a sucker for a fine point pen! Blue ink is also the absolute best! We need to bring blue ink back.. it is actually beneficial to view blue ink on paper... hard to explain here but I suggest you do do a search on that. These are a true blue classic! (Pun intended! lol) I buy a pack whenever I see them on sale cheap and imagine that I always will <3
