I ended up working with Richell, and she was amazing from start to finish. She asked me to send a quick video so they could take a look. I sent it, and she followed up with me the very next day to let me know they were going to go ahead and refund me.But it didn’t stop there. She contacted me again afterward and said they wanted to do even more to make it right—and offered to send me a replacement on top of the refund. She followed up when it shipped, followed up to check if I’d received it, and was consistently communicative and professional throughout the entire process.The new one works perfectly—just like it’s supposed to. A representative responded quickly, replaced the device free of charge, and shipped it out immediately. The new unit works great and does exactly what it promises. I love the freedom this gives and that I can set the time from 5-60 seconds. I’ve only had it for a little over a month but am happy so far. Great for when calls slow down and allows me to do other tasks without having to worry about going idle, you can plug up via usb on pc or plug into a usb box, I have a surge protector that has usb outlets built in so I don’t have to worry about an adapter box. One thing I don’t like that I’ve noticed is that it does come on by itself after I’ve turned it off. Such as when I’m ending my day and turn it off I’ll come in to my office in the morning to find it on, that would be my only complaint as I feel it may affect the overall life of the product and reason for the 4 stars. Couldn’t find anywhere in the instructions to resolve that issue or that it comes on by itself.
