Shrinks.
Pretty fabric but it shrank in spite of being air dried. Also the ribbon has latex in it; they indicate that on a tag after you get the product. Kinda dumb to make a surgical hat that contains latex. I had to remove it everytime I had a patient with a known latex allergy.So it is pretty but shrinks. I was able to wear it for maybe a couple of months.
