I bought this strap for my wife. I’ve been doing yoga for 2 years now and can’t get her to come with me to my yoga class more than once per month, because she’s always complaining that she’s not flexible/strong enough and gets a bit frustrated with the group pressure. At the same time we've been looking at all these wonderful yoga retreat vacations and she really wants to have some quality mind-body exercise time :). I tried the strap out for a bit (it comes with a small booklet of suggested exercises) and it's super easy to use, so I'm confident that it will help her. I’m getting one for myself to keep it in my office for a quick mid-work stretch.

Decided to buy this strap a few days ago, because of my knee injury. My physical therapist has a similar strap. The strap helps me do the stretches my PT prescribed me. I brought it with me to physical therapy yesterday, because it’s a bit different than the one he has, and he said that elastic strap is even better for me (because of the type of my injury). I highly recommend it to anyone with similar problems or doing physical therapy, it’s a good strap.

I spend a lot of hours in a seated position (at work) and often experience neck, shoulder and back pain. I bought this strap to help me stretch the upper part of my body and so far it's doing a good job. It's easy to use, made of good material, I take it with me to work in a small bag that comes with the strap. I'm happy I bought it.

This product arrives or is exactly how it stated! For the price, AMAZING! I just began integrating stretching into my routine slowly as I have been always somewhat lazy. Love it, good product, love the material, great price! I bought this strap because I really lack flexibility. I’m an occasional runner and I hike on weekends so hopefully this strap will help improve my flexibility. So far, looks good! I use it before running and hiking for stretching, sometimes I just stretch in my living room after a long day of sitting at work.

Very elastic, it feels like you will stretch the entire thing out before you get the slack to actually stretch your body.

This Stretching Strap is not hard to pull.
