After comparing the competition and great reviews I decided to give this product a try. I used culturelle for women for many years but didn’t seem to have the same affects. Taking this new supplement did not make me gassy or have any other side affects like I have experienced for the first couple of days when starting a probiotic. So far so good, looking forward to getting my gut health back on track
