I love the 5cd box set of the Little Feat studio albums. They are one of my favorite bands.

I guess my likes have changed. Thought I like Little Feat a lot more before I got old. BUT this is just my opinion.

Good bang for your buck if you want to get output from an artist of which you don't have or if you just want to replace your vinyl with compact disc. These Feats Never Fail to amaze me! How did they do all of that? I wonder.

I had almost forgotten how great this band was. If you know who they are, this is for you. If you've never heard of them, this is for you.

Boy they sure sounded like they wanted to sound like the Rolling Stones on the first two albums. Have owned a copy of Waiting for Columbus every since vinyl days. At least 3 different versions of that recording on CD. Here are the studio versions of those songs. I like the live versions on Columbus better. A greatest hits live. But it's nice to hear all the studio recordings in their proper running order to "see" how their sound progressed.

I have a had a few Little Feat albums off and on over the years but finally pulled the trigger on this great box set. Now having the first five albums is great. I can get my fill of one of my all-time favorite bands plus I got them at a reasonable price. Dixie Chicken and Feats Don't Fail Me Know happen to be two of my favorites. Anyone who is a Little Feat fan out to check out this box set it is certainly worth the money.
