I have been using this for about a year now. I have an autoimmune disease, and I am on medication that increases the chance of skin cancer. it was recommended by my physician because controlled studies are showing,( especially one out of Australia) that Nicotinamide decreased the incidence of skin cancer in people that took it. It also has greatly decreased the amount of bruising I have due to my medications. No downside I can see.

This is such a great supplement if you were or are a sun worshiper.I had numerous pre-cancerous lesions and I started taking this and they disappeared, it helps if you apply coconut oil to the lesions too, and follow a low sugar diet with a lot of vegetables. i highly recommend this for anyone who spends any time in the sun.

I only take 1 pill per day in an attempt to alleviate winter chilblains, but ever since starting this supplement I have been breaking out on my forehead which has never been an issue my entire life. So if you already have acne issues stay away from the extra D3.

My husband has been taking this product for several months and it has improved his skin a lot. He has not had any more skin cancers removed since last April. Would receommend if there is a problem with skin cancers.

This was recommended to me by my dermatologist and I chose the Solano Dermatology Associates product because it also includes Vitamin D which I already take. This way I only have to buy one kind of pill and do not have to hassle with getting nicotinamind and vitamin D separately. So far it is a great product and fits very well into my routine.

Started taking it soon after delivery. No taste, no aftertaste. Have not been using it often enough to notice if supplement is working yet (taking for less than a week). The biggest problem was that the order was DUPLICATED and since we live miles away from the return location, getting to the UPS store had to be a planned trip and was very inconvenient. However, it was worth it to not get charged double the cost. Every time order details are reviewed, there is no link to the duplicate order. So either someone at Amazon is playing games, or this particular vendor is. I believe this should be investigated

I've had fewer skin cancer biopsies since taking this twice daily over a 5 year period. Also the number of liquid nitrogen burns for my severe condition have decreased. Strongly recommend this product!
