Not helpful in slimming down postpartum
The pregnancy back support band was helpful but the postpartum band is way too rigid and hard to wear long enough to have any effect in slimming down your waist postpartum. Also, the compression isn't enough to actually help shrink your waist. Instead, I would recommend something like the bellefit or wink shapewear that has more comfortable and flexible compression.
