The clamp that holds the Ipad to the stand is spring loaded and made from injection molded plastic. Unfortunately the plastic broke during when I was traveling to a gig. I contacted the seller with the intention to return the unit, and they responded immediately. After some consideration, I decided to have the part replaced instead of trying to find a different stand, as I have tried several music stands, and this one is by far more functional than the others. The replacement arrived in about a week and everything is working wonderfully. Many thanks to Alice from WEIYUDANG.

Used this for a DIY photo booth at my sister's wedding. It worked perfectly! I tested with an original iPad and held up no problem, but at the wedding we ended up using an iPad mini in a case. The stand was sturdy and the iPad was secure.

This is a nice stand. Only problem is that I can’t use my iPad vertically. It starts to slide down, so, I use it horizontally all the time. That’s my only complaint, to be honest. It’s really nice for video calls / filming clips of yourself for classes and the adjustable height helps in that.

Barely lasted a year. Never ever was rough on it. It didnt even have an ipod on it and it just randomly broke. The holder area for the ipad, just fell right off randomly. Thank God my ipad wasnt in it at the time or it would have broke it for sure

I like to watch movies in bed with my iPad. But holding the iPad for too long cause sore shoulders. This floor stand is perfect for me，it is easy to adjust height and hold well. No more shoulder soreness. I love it.

I was mislead to believe this item would hold a Galaxy 10.1 Tab A. It most definitely does not! My tablet was too small to be held by the stand. The stand itself looked very nice and felt sturdy for the price. The seller needs to do a better job describing the correct dimensions that the holder can hold.

At 5ft with spindly upright segments, it seems a little top heavy with my iPad Pro 10.5. The iPad holder adjusts easily for most tablets. Works well for use with CamRanger 2.0

I don’t like that the rods come apart. I prefer the rods that “catch” at the end. I had to puts marks with a silver sharpie so I don’t accidentally pull it out altogether. Love the ability to push the horizontal iPad mini quite a ways downward - a must for piano teaching.

Does the job we wanted it for .very nice sturdy and light weight only issue is that the iPad pro 11 slides to easy in the bracket that holds the tablet maybe should have a rubber grip to hold the tablet

I know it was over 1.5 years since I purchased this item, but it has had limited use. Having said that, the connection from the stand to the top part has shattered and is now unusable. I would like to think that it has not been abused and that it should have lasted longer than that, but it is a cheap piece of plastic. (And no, crazy glue didn't work!)
