Average time of use is two to three hours per day. Would recommend them for anybody.RN review. Compression devices fit snugly on my patient who is 4'11". Fit from heel to perineal area is nearly a perfect match. While wearing the SCDs, my patient will experience a reduction in diameter of LES of approximately two to three inches. While the LES do become edematous again, that is the nature of the disease, not any fault with this compression device. The only complaint my patient has is that the little toes on both feet are pinched after about 2 hours of use. This problem was remedied by the use of a round object which holds the device away from her toes. As this device is for home use, I would caution against using it without supervision on anyone who is experiencing a lack of sensation. The device does offer a good deal of pressure and needs to be monitored when in use. ### ⭐⭐ Uncomfortable *by O***V on Reviewed in the United States on February 23, 2017* Both my wife and I tried this unit: we are both on our feet a lot, and we wanted some relief at the end of the day. But neither of us found it in this unit.For me, low pressure was too low to feel anything. High pressure just felt underwhelming, my legs didn't feel any different after using the machine.
