have been taking 1,000 mcg store bought Biotin along with Rogaine for about 5 years now. I have just started taking your 10,000 mcg at a better price I might add and one thing so fare that i'm noticing is my skin feels softer and smoother, my nails and hair seem to be growing faster, my complexion looks better and seems to be giving me a more youthful appearance and you might say a glow. some of my hair seems to have started to return to its original color. im 68 years old. thank you Kansha.

A Much Needed Vitamin
Suffering from severe hair thinning made me start searching for something to help. I stumbled onto this and decided to give it a try. As others have said my nails are much stronger and my hair does appear to be thicker but that may be because of the shampoo with biotin, too. However, what I have noticed is my complexion appears so much smoother and healthier. That's saying a lot at 65 years of age and dreading to look in the mirror these days. In reading up on biotin one article states that biotin is more important taken orally than by shampoos so I will continue with this. It's also important for good health. Having said this....I only take about 3 capsules a week so will probably increase it to daily and see what the results are. I'm happy with the complexion change!

I always use gel nail polish and my nails get so damaged after every use but since I’ve started using this product my nails have not broken or cracked. It’s saved me from so much frustration because I hate when my nails crack and gets stuck in my hair etc. Thumbs up x10000

This actually works
It really works! My hair barely grows at all and was so thin. My hair is growing a little bit more but is finally thick! Major difference is seen and felt.

Grows hair and nails!!
My nails and hair grow so much!! Because of quarantine, I couldn’t get my nails done....no need to anymore!! My nails are strong and healthy!! I take one every morning.
