Best paired with a tasty Porter ale
Spent 5 days in Dublin last winter and can’t wait to go back and hang with the Irish folk. I got all weepy eyed listening to this CD after the third Porter makes me feel melancholy of the good spirited times of days of yore. The lyrics of Irish pub songs are hilarious and this collection is played often as I put up the good fight to vanquish the Covid blues. Also I’m learning Irish pub songs on the mountain dulcimer and this is one of three collections that I use with the tablature music book.

Good if you love the Dubliners
I have several of the Dubliners' CDs. This one is okay, but I keep going back to the three-CD set called "The Best of the Original Dubliners" (14.99 Euros) I also recommend the DVD of their 40th-Anniversary concert.

Excellent set of Irish music!
This set is fabulous! It contains instrumentals as well as Irish folk songs and Irish drinking songs. I LOVE it, and bought it for 5 people for Christmas.

Dubliners
Excellent range of songs, really good to listen to, some of them aren't as they were originally sang, but majority are good. Don't expect the each song to be Luke Kelly standard basically hahaha. Would recommend this collection though, I play it in the car.
