Like another reviewer, I'm unable to get both of them to work. The right one works, but not the left. I've tried for over a day now and am finally ready to return them. It pairs fine with the phone and I hear two beeps indicating both are connecting but the sound plays just from one of them. It's a frustrating effort to get this to work. The documentation is pathetic. No troubleshooting tips to be found anywhere. Even Amazon wasn't able to find any in their archives. Weird thing is that on the Bluetooth screen on the phone I sees two devices with Air7e. It pairs with one, as a device can work with one bluetooth device at at time. I'm not sure what the second one is about. Its like they are two independent devices. The airpods have been charged to full capacity as has the base. I've tried to forget them and then re-paired them to no avail. I've tried it with multiple devices ( couple of iphones ) with the same result. And, it's not like I'm a novice at such things. I work in the tech industry and know how to get such things to work. Amazon asked I contact the manufacturer, but the manufacturer is 'unknown'. They are not to be found on the internet. The store that Amazon sells it for were unhelpful as they are just selling the pods and not technically supporting them. All in all a wasted effort. Maybe, I received a dud and they are no longer available so I cannot get a replacement either.

I’ve tested this Air7e for just under 3 months at the gym, at airports, on airplanes in-flight, in waiting rooms, and while walking on the sidewalk. When the Bluetooth earbuds are working, they work well in all conditions with clear sound. However, this product fails to pair with my mobile phone (iPhone X) approximately 30% of the time when used about 3 times per day every day with an average use of approximately 30 minutes per normal day and 6 hours per day when I’m flying. These earbuds fail by either dropping Bluetooth connection with the phone while in-use or by not recognizing the phone at the time of pairing, which requires the user to go to the phone’s Bluetooth settings and initiate a new device pairing (the Air7e new pairing procedures must be repeated). These buds never overheated and the in-case charging works well. The LED indicator lights are clear and work as advertised. The audio fidelity is good for audiobooks and music with strong lead vocals. If you are into music with a strong bass, you need to buy headphones designed for bass, because these are not. At the time of purchase, I understood that I was purchasing a $40 option, instead of paying $160 for Apple AirPods. On balance, this purchase is a reasonable option if the failure rate is acceptable to you.

i did not encounter the complains on other persons review such as not able to pair to iPhone. But i do find a couple things not so good. i have to say i did not have Apple or similar bluetooth Airpods to compare. i noticed the two ear pods lost connection when i am out door. also find if i put the "tail" toward the nose, the connection will be much stable. this does not happen when i used it indoor. may be because in the room the wall, etc are reflective enhanced the signal? another thing is the music quality is not that good, particularly at high frequency range. that is why i rated it "3".

I’m loving these air pods by Trendsettings. They work great. They fit comfortably in my ear. The sound quality is amazing. Was very easy connecting them to my device and they look great! I was very impressed with the quality and fit of these air pods.

This actually arrived a day after I discovered that I lost my old Bluetooth headphones. Very convenient to actually charge the earbuds into its own little docking station.

Didn’t hold up very well. After a few weeks charge kept dropping off

I have tried and tried to connect both ear set, not sure what’s wrong. I can get one set to work but not the other. If it wasn’t for this I would give it five stars. I need both sets to work.

Super fast delivery and great sound, i did find by removing the grommets the pods sits deeper and sturdier in ear and is not discomforting, overall good buy and fun to have
