Powerful suction and so easy to handle. The odour technology really works and leave a good smell. Highly recommend if you are looking for a strong powerful vacuum. - update - Stopped working within a year and was never able to get 5 years of warranty as this product is not launched in UAE. I was exited and happy with this purchase but now very disappointed.

This is a robust and well designed vacuum cleaner. It has excellent suction power with a choice of three levels to suit thick carpet to wood floors. My only 'gripe' is that being 77 years of age I found it to be quite heavy and also difficult to maneuver. Younger friends who recommended Shark's vacuum cleaner to me don't seem to have found any difficulty. However, I still recommend this as a well manufactured and designed vacuum cleaner, especially the easy of emptying and using the extension.

The machine appears to be well made but FAR to HEAVYAlso because it arrives with only limited instructions I was unaware that you need to register the product within 30 days to qualify for the 5year warranty.It was only after down loading the full instructions that I became aware of this but to late to register.

This vacuum is so much quieter than our previous Shark UK600 model...it's noticeably quieter which really is appreciated.In my opinion the power cable is on the wrong side, which has already led to a few trips and incidents of me yanking the vacuum because the cord was caught up.It is noticeably more powerful than our previous Shark, and is on par with our 16 year old Dyson DC40...aka the tank!All in all I think this is a well built, high quality vacuum cleaner that is certainly worthy of its price.

Although the machine is on the heavy side for me the convenience of being able to detach the dust tank and use as a hand held machine is brilliant. Very well made.

So much better than my previous dyson. Actually gets into the carpet and picks up everything. We vacuum quite regularly and this thing still seems to fill the tank after 1-2 trips round the house. Suction is great and picks up all hairs and everything from rugs and carpets and the deodoriser works surprisingly well at giving a fresh smell as you go.The only negative I have is that it does sometimes get a little fiddly removing the liftaway as the wires and wand gets all caught up and it can be a little on the heavy side for some. Otherwise, great vacuum. Will likely go Shark all the time now!
