First, let me just say I had some dealings with customer service and one of the CEO's contacted me personally, and restored my faith in big business and being up front and giving a darn about their customers!! Now, on to the product! Tried the chocolate and almost fell over..its delicious!!! Really! Take it from a chocoholic, who hates this time of year! From now thru May you can not walk into a supermarket or Walmart without a giant chocolate candy display hitting you in the face. Trying to stay true to the HFLC life its hard to not fall off the wagon..found my 'seatbelt'!!! I have chocolate shake containers all over my kitchen.Bad tasting stuff,and I am talking about regular protein shakes, not ones with bgb salts in them. So, along comes Ketomeal, and wow! I mix it with either unsweetened almond or coconut milk with ice in a blender and it satisfys my chocolate cravings. Forva real treat I will use some cold brew coffee as my liquid base, the mix,some almond milk to lighten up the coffee, some stevia for sweetness, blend it with ice and you have your own Starbuck like drink!Its not easy to find a formula base that will hide the salty and bitter taste of the bgb, but Kegenix nailed it with this one! Trying vanilla next.Only real problem is, it is a bit pricey. But staying in ketosis is not easy for me..so with the taste of this and its ability to keep me in ketosis..I am a user for life!

I'm new to this keto thing but this product came highly recommended by a trusted YouTube supplement channel, only ample k tested higher for macronutrient ratio, but it is extremely expensive and you get more for your money with this one, this meal replacement tends to be sweet when you only use 8oz of water, however for me I use 4oz of Wholesome Pantry's unsweetened coconut milk with 4-5oz of water and it actually passes for a very nice chocolate milk imitator, with the perfect thickness imo, however I must state that most of these shakes don't suppress my appetite for long I normally resort to Atkins coconut bars as a light snack between lunch and dinner as they only have 2-3 net carbs, and uses sugar alcohols which don't spike your sugar and don't count towards your carbs however they can cause you to crave sugar so I recommend them only if you can control your cravings, as these could set you back and cause you to diet crash if you lack discipline, trust me I know because it took me 2weeks to learn to control myself because the sugar alcohols trigger the same taste buds as real sugar. But they are great imo.

This is the most amazing meal replacement I have ever tasted. Because it is high in fat, there is no chalky taste or after taste. Since I received this product, I am making all of my keto treats a little sweeter and robust by adding a little in my standard recipes. It has a very well rounded vanilla flavor. I have made fat bombs, 2 smoothies, and even mixed it into my toasted coconut/pecan blend and its only been in my life for 5 days!!! It blends well and mixes very easily. When I had the smoothies, mixed with ice, I was not hungry. But full disclosure, I usually am not too hungry as I am already in ketosis. However, this product satisfied something in my life that I haven't had in a LONG time. I love this product and highly recommend it!

It does the job. It mixes smoothly and serves its purpose hence four stars. Now if you want to talk about the taste.......the taste was INCREDIBLE. Seriously. I feel that it takes some effort to get it to taste like this. The company had to have collaborated with minions from the underworld to make it taste like this. I was really amazed that something this effective could have such an incredible taste.

Received this as a loyal customer gift from Kegenix to try out and so far I love it. I travel a lot for work so finding Keto friendly snacks and food at an airport is challenging. With Keto Meal, I can pack some in a ziplock bag so I never have to worry about what to eat when stuck at an airport. Obviously there are many other reasons to use this product, but this takes the cake for me. Kegenix is the best in the business and I refer them to all my friends and family because they not only make the best Keto products, but they stick by them as well. Keep it up Kegenix And thanks for providing products that work.

I've had some terrible tasting "chocolate" protein and meal replacements in all my various experiments, so the fact that this actually tastes really good is major victory alone. I mix it in a large shaker with ice, water, and a little cold brew coffee. On top of that, thanks to the BHB it really does its job as a meal replacement on keto by turning off hunger while giving providing a moderate amount of protein. The vitamin/mineral profile is a nice bonus, not the primary reason for taking it, but as a "meal" it helps to shore up general nutrients.Side note: I didn't order this through amazon, but directly from the company. The folks at kegenix are very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant to work with.

I used to drink a different brand of shake and i was just happy that I had a shake that I could get down without gagging. Today I tried the chocolate keto meal and I am astonished by the smell and taste. It smells like hot chocolate and the taste is mild and almost sweet. I feel like this was made for me. I only used one scoop, I got halfway through it and I was feeling full. I am new to Keto, am very busy, and get overwhelmed by what to eat especially if I'm trying to lose weight and am hungry and grumpy so I find that shakes -especially at work- help me stay on track. I would highly recommend this.

Unlike most products that use Stevia, there is no bitter aftertaste.This is an easy quick solution when I don't have time to eat a meal.
