Feels good on the ball of the foot
Slippery, makes the foot sweat. Hard to walk on when they are wet. Feels good on the ball of the foot. Not bad but needs a way to stick it to foot so it wont move.

Horrible design they don't stay in place as you're putting a sock or shoe on. I have yet to find a pair of shoes that I can actually wear them with. Complete waste of money

Metatarsal pad
The pad works fine when in place but it moves when I put on my socks and when I'm exercising. I don't like the gel feel.

My favorite!
I have a lot of issues with my feet from years of joint deterioration due to Rheumatoid Arthritis. My Metatarsals have completely collapsed and these gel pads have been life savers and provided just the right amount of cushion and lift. I no longer have as much pain even when not wearing them. They have helped shift weight so I am no longer rubbing large callus' on the balls of my feet. I will definitely be buying more when these need to be replaced.

disposable?
They were comfortable and fit well, however I could only wear it a couple times before it broke -- maybe these are disposable and are for one-time use?

I wouldn't purchase this again. It was very hard to put my sneakers on, even with socks, because the pads wouldn't stay in place. I won't purchase these again.
