Sooty-Foot (Serendipity Series, 21) Paperback – Picture Book, November 17, 2015

I used to read this book to my daughter when she was little. Tonight she was looking at some painted ceramic horses in the study and remembered the book. We searched Amazon and found it and read it again.This is a good life story for both young and old alike. It reminds us to not just look to others to find our worth. Especially if these people are being bullies and trying to use us for their own personal gain. We must seek wise counsel and believe in our true purpose.

I absolutely love the Serendipity books! I git so much joy out of reading them as a child. Now that I am a mamma, I've been searching Hugh & low for these books!! They are no longer in print but I did get about 15 books on eBay. My two little kids love these books, & I am thrilled to find them for my kindle bow!!! I hope all of the Serendipity books become available on Amazon and/or for my kindle soon! I'd love to have them all!! They are some of my absolute favorite children's books!!!

MY FAVORITE CHILDHOOD SERIES!!! Sooo happy to have them again after loosing them as a child during moves!!! Love the morals/ethics it teaches!!! The pictures make you want to look at this book over and over again!!!

I ordered a bunch of these books for my daughter because I came across the originals in our school library. I was very disappointed upon realizing that much of the stories are different. Parts have been removed and older words swapped out for new words. Would have liked the original stories.

These are classics and loved by all ages. They also contain subtle messages that enhance a child's behavior.

Sooty foot is just another wonderful example of the many wonderful stories by Cosgrove. And the illustrations are so beautiful.
