I've been using these for a little over a year now and they work well in my gaming setup. I like having the ability to charge the Joy-Cons without needing to dock them on the Switch. The grip positioning is a bit different than the stock Joy-Con grip, but it doesn't take long to adjust. I have been able to play for long periods of time with my hands feeling comfortable. I would recommend these to a friend who wants to be able to get longer play time on a single charge of their Joy-Cons.

Joy Cons have very low battery life and mine kept dying too frequently to make co-op viable. This definitely helps, making them last even longer. I thought the cord, and even makes charging them easier. I know a charging dock would have worked as well, but this charges and provides a nice grip. Good purchase, may buy another later on.

Comfortable to hold and more importantly. It charges the joy-cons.I use this and skip buying the joy-con charging dock.
