Great mat, non-stick at all!

I have had these copper grill mats (set of 4) for 9 months. I have used them over and over many times on my infrared grill. I still have two brand new ones in the box I haven’t needed to use yet. They do an excellent job keeping food from sticking and not drying out. Grill stays cleaner too. I was skeptical to try but I’m happy I did.
