Amazing highly recommended, omo not available in dubai thus using Bessill multi surface cleaner. Go for ultra if available however plus is also ok.

This thing is amazing!! We no longer vaccume/mop in the house since we bought this bot! Its so advanced and i say its a must have in every house.

Very useful and it does effective cleaning

This is a robot vaccum that is almost perfect. If i could mark it 4.5 stars, i would. I am reducing half a star because it still tangles a lot of hair in its main brush and forgets or messes up the maps every fortnight. However, that said, the mopping and the vacumming results of this robot are superlative, it vaccums cleanly, avoids obstacles like a pro and auto empties itself. Did you know that this auto empty bin does not require disposable bags. You can chose not to put bags and have the dust emptied through the cyclone into the bin directly. In a busy household like mine with a small kid, it is helpful because at times the vacuum picks up items that we would like to retrieve, and would not have been able to had it been a dust bag which is sealed. I also have a pet that sheds a lot, and one of my main worries while buying this was the question if this would be able to remove the hair and how many days collection will the bin hold. Well initially i was emptying it every week, but now its been over three weeks and the vaccum still empties itself quite well. I also live in a multi storeyed apartment and the robot automatically recognizes the floor and does a good job. Overall very happy with the purchase. The only question is the longetivitiy and the niggles with the maps. Other than that it truly deserves 5 stars!!

After only 6 months of use the robot stopped charging. Nobody to contact for warantee repair and amazon refuses to help. Beware with this brand as there is no support incase it breaks

After a year of usage I would like to say that we have had only 2 problems - 1) sometimes there is some trouble to come to dock for charging - it has several tries, annoying, sometime the amount of tries is significant.(and of cause we dont move the station at all and dont have pets/kids who can do it ocasionally) 2) The second problem is that it seems to me that the quality of cleaning becomes lower, but may be it is because expectation becomes higher) the quality is not like you do everything with your hands, but still ok. may be it is better now to buy version with automatic water add and clean the mope... but it is twice expensive.

Roborock machine had technical failure in the first month of usage and i returned since this falled under warrenty however the extended warrenty payment which i paid for and never used it was not refunded and my appeal request to refund my money was rejected!

Cet aspirateur robot est juste parfait peu bruyant en mode silencieux ou normal, on peut le faire tourner en regardant la tv normalement par exemple. Le passage de la serpillière est un plus même si il ne faut pas s’attendre à un truc exceptionnel, ça fait largement le taf mais ne remplace pas un nettoyage au balai vapeur par exemple. Le vidage automatique est un vrai plus même si cela est très bruyant cela ne dure pas plus de 15 secondes, le seul point négatif reste le prix élevé, mais vous ne regretterez pas votre achat ce robot est génial et l’application Roborock est très bien faite.

Provengo dal Roborock s5 max che dopo svariati anni ancora funziona alla grande, cambiato per l’auto svuotamento automatico e presto farò l’upgrade con la washing station. L’s7 MaxV è più potente in aspirazione, ha un sensore 3d che evita gli ostacoli in casa ed a differenza di altri concorrenti del mercato è intelligente, mi spiego: I sensori 3d di nuova generazione non sono ottimizzati e capita che a volte vedono cose che non esistono, evitando fantomatici ostacoli e quindi non pulendo certe aree della casa. Il Roborock s7 MaxV permette tramite l’app di apprendere se l’ostacolo è reale o meno, basta insegnargli che non era un ostacolo e dalla seguente pulizia non eviterà più i fantasmi! :D eccezzionale!!! Ho provato il dreame bot z10 pro ed era un disastro! Continuava a vedere fantasmi ma non potevo in nessun modo evitarlo, in soldoni non puliva tutto. Lo consiglio? Si È parecchio costoso ma è tecnologicamente avanzato e realmente efficiente quanto il predecessore, come un orologio svizzero quando è ora parte, pulisce e ritorna a caricarsi senza dare alcuna preoccupazione se non la normale manutenzione che ogni tanto va fatta. Dopo l’esperienza con l’s5 max considero Roborock un marchio affidabile, per ora mi ha convinto alla grande anche l’s7 MaxV.

Ich habe den Roborock S7 MaxV Plus nun schon eine ganze Weile im Einsatz und bin immer noch sehr zufrieden. Auch wenn es mittlerweile neuere Modelle gibt, läuft er nach wie vor einwandfrei und erledigt seine Arbeit gründlich und zuverlässig. Die Saugleistung ist stark und auch die Wischfunktion überzeugt. Besonders in einem Haushalt mit Hund ist der Roboter wirklich eine große Hilfe. Er nimmt Hundehaare problemlos auf und hinterlässt die Böden sichtbar sauber. Dank der intelligenten Navigation fährt er systematisch und stößt kaum an Möbel oder Wände. Die Bedienung über die App ist einfach und übersichtlich. Zeitpläne, Zonenreinigung und No-Go-Bereiche lassen sich schnell einstellen. Auch die Selbstentleerungsstation funktioniert zuverlässig und macht die Reinigung sehr komfortabel. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Roborock S7 MaxV Plus. Ein leistungsstarker und langlebiger Saug- und Wischroboter, der besonders in Haushalten mit Haustieren eine echte Erleichterung ist.

The best purchase ever! Our spaniel leaves lots of hair around the house and dirty paws, but Roborock 7 has a brilliant mop and impressive vacuum suction that leaves floors very clean. It goes under the furniture like dining table, sofa's, tv cabinet. After the third use, it correctly identifies what furniture is in the room, and what obstacles are there and goes around them in such a clever way. Love it. Highly recommend it for pet owners.
